Project/Ideas Management and Governance tool to facilitate project creation and governance process. The solution is aimed at eliminate the effort of manually track the projects health, providing central place to manage all the projects data, enables data visualization for the executives to make quick decisions and reducing the effort for the users (project admins, project managers) to use this data for their reporting and management.
The solution is built in SharePoint Online and Power Automate allowing instance creation of Project record, project space and essential records based on the template for the project manager and project users to instantly start working on the project.
